Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop tailored solutions for energy sector clients using our proprietary CRM platform
- Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation (avg. 45-day cycle)
- Maintain 80+ weekly call volume and 25+ qualified meetings/month
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets ($150K+ quota)
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce with 95%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or energy tech
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas (110%+ achievement)
- Proficiency in Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional early mornings
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
