In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering exceptional service, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients to address their specific business needs and pain points.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and align on sales strategies.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to stay sharp and informed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
