Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and CRM activities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or outbound prospecting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
