Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Present products and services to prospective clients via phone and email to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Conduct market research to identify new verticals and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional in-office team events).
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
