Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and assess client needs to determine the best fit for our premium products and services.
- Sales Execution: Present product demonstrations, handle objections, and close deals directly over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, activities, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and refine targeting strategies.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable. Comfortable with rejection and driven to succeed.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and a fast learner regarding CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Must reside within or be willing to commute to the Charlotte, NC area.
