Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through persistent and professional communication.
- Needs Assessment: Consult with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demos & Presentations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and pitch materials.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and potential over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persist through challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
