Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with a focus on conversion and customer retention.
- Process orders, manage customer accounts, and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and product accuracy.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proven ability to work independently and self-manage during night shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required for shift work.
