Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Present company products and services to meet customer needs and close deals.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within the Detroit and California regions for client meetings.
