Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate a high-volume sales pipeline of prospective clients and leads.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify customer pain points and propose tailored business solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations via phone and video conferencing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
