Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-value leads.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality.
