Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads in the Raleigh metro area.
- Meet and greet potential clients, presenting our products/services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using our CRM software.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on local market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local field visits.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
