Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Present product demonstrations and overcome objections effectively.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
