Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Track sales performance and report weekly metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (career changers encouraged).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
