Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to qualified leads within the Seattle, WA and North Carolina territories.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through consistent outreach.
- Present products and services to potential clients, overcoming objections and closing deals over the phone.
- Manage territory effectively to maximize revenue generation and meet aggressive daily/weekly targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and support team to optimize sales scripts and strategies.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, telesales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and meeting sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills, persistence, and a competitive nature.
- Reliable access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace for the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
