Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive sales cycles.
- Present product demonstrations and close deals over the phone and video conferencing.
- Manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and uncapped earning potential.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel for team events (optional).
