Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, tracking opportunities and forecasting revenue
- Collaborate with field sales team to coordinate client meetings and presentations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Valid Washington state driver's license (occasional client visits required)
