Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Valid work authorization in the United States
