Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with regional growth targets
- Conduct on-site client demonstrations and product presentations
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients in retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Track sales metrics and maintain detailed CRM records
- Participate in quarterly sales contests with significant bonus potential
Qualifications
- 2+ years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to work independently during evening hours with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with overnight travel within West Texas region
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
