Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging customers and promoting products and services.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high checkout speeds.
- Assist in maintaining store visual merchandising standards during night operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
