Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies via phone, email, and virtual meetings to acquire new enterprise clients
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Develop tailored product demonstrations highlighting ROI for Fortune 500 prospects
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction scores
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex enterprise contracts
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid US work authorization and professional references
