Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and card payments.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Identify and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
- Reliable transportation is recommended for commuting to the Tampa location.
