Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and qualifying new leads in the local Nashville market.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on performance to management.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and closing deals in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
