Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels and CRM systems
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/tech industry focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments
