Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional service and support to all customers, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently during night operations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer informed recommendations and accurate information.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking displays, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shifts and management to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and sales scripts to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer groups.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
