Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales agreements and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
