Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience in cold calling.
