Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a database of all prospects and clients using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
