Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales and lead generation campaigns during the night shift.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through active listening and consultative questioning.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless service handoffs and client retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
