Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify potential business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead qualification to contract signing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrate deep knowledge of our solutions to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) daily to ensure consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals while maintaining high profit margins.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated and resilient with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
