Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound sales calls to enterprise clients across Georgia and North Carolina
- Exceed monthly quotas by leveraging CRM tools and data-driven prospecting
- Develop customized solutions for clients in SaaS, FinTech, and logistics sectors
- Collaborate with Account Executives to handoff qualified leads with detailed insights
- Attend bi-weekly weekend sales sprints with team performance challenges
- Master proprietary sales methodologies through ongoing certification programs
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Participate in quarterly offsite retreats in Charlotte, NC
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals ($50K+ ACV)
- Strong weekend availability with flexibility for weekday training
- Exceptional negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid GA driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficiency in Spanish or French for expanding NC markets
