Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift-specific training and sales contests
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with trackable results
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong time management and self-motivation capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
