- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities and cross-selling complementary products
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to optimize product displays and promotional campaigns
- Train and mentor new sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend inventory adjustments
- Represent the brand at community events and trade shows to expand market presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in premium retail or B2B environments
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record for client visits
- Spanish bilingual fluency required for diverse client base
- Track record of achieving 110%+ of sales quotas consistently
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
