Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads during night shift hours.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that align with client business goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all client interactions and close opportunities according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (varied hours, typically 4 PM - 1 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
