Responsibilities
- Conduct 50+ daily outbound calls to qualified leads using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Develop and execute personalized sales pitches for SaaS solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close with 20+ monthly conversions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems with 95% accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
