- Present product solutions and close sales within the assigned territory
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales process optimization
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working night shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
