Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift training and team performance reviews
- Analyze customer feedback to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift schedule (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
