Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively demonstrate value to prospects.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred (1-3 years).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a target-driven environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
