Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify Prospects: Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Close Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and product positioning.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Success preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive writing skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A track record of hitting performance goals and a hunger for success.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
