Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients across Indiana and Virginia territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits and consultative selling
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract fulfillment
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
