Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses in Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Present product solutions through in-person demonstrations and consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify and penetrate new market segments
- Attend weekly sales meetings to share best practices and strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Philadelphia area residency strongly preferred
