Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions presentations for enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Train and mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
