Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound calling and professional networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients throughout the Fort Worth metroplex.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and effectively negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Maintain a robust pipeline within the CRM system, tracking all client interactions and deal stages.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales (experience with night shift sales is a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client travel.
- Strong ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
