Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Present product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Close deals and negotiate contract terms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales certification
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
