Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively demonstrating product value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand client accounts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
