Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales data and forecasting
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively solve client challenges
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
