Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present customized solutions to enterprise clients across SaaS, finance, and tech sectors
- Execute full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record with quota achievement and commission-based roles
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience selling technology solutions preferred
- Availability to work night shift (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
- Valid US work authorization
