Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the local Las Vegas community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track interactions and forecast revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and handle objections professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
