Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate commercial and industrial markets
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations during evening/night hours
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and forecast sales
- Exceed monthly quotas through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product lines and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work core night shift (8 PM - 4 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
