Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social networking.
- Present product demos to prospective clients, addressing technical questions and customizing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a high-quality pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience (Tech/SaaS preferred).
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
