As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients and driving revenue growth from the comfort of our modern office.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and present product solutions to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and sales collateral.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
